I think it was released in Japan quite a while ago, but it looks like nobody's scanned it yet. I hope the ending is expanded.

What I'm not getting here is this: the artist can clearly draw, or is at the very least very proficient in photoshop or something else similar, as evidenced by some of the art, and what sparse animation there is here ISN'T ACTUALLY ALL THAT BAD, lacking only a bit of interpolation and some more tasteful editing.
What this leads to is the question of why the bastard didn't put in the relatively minimal effort and time to add in a few derivative frames to create some minimal animation for most of the sequences. At most, that would take maybe 6-8 hours, and that's if he puts in a LOT of effort, and only a little would be necessary to make this not utterly suck.
tl;dr: this could have been decent, if not for lazy animation.

Bumping this just because it has the best ending sequence for Fly Me to the Moon EVAR.

But yeah if there was more work put into it this might not have been crap. *IS* there an Episode: Rei by any chance??
